The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. Getting Around: Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation can be easily accessed in this area. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is just a walking distance. Other Things to Note: ➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee. ➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay. ➤ Luggage storage: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay.
