This listing is a modernized two-bed room, one bathroom unit. It is one part of our newly updated duplex. This listing is a corner home equipped with a DRIVEWAY to park your vehicle. We do offer FREE street parking as well.  
  
\-It is in a central location to Wynwood (15 min), South Beach (20 min), Hard Rock Stadium (15 min), Marlins Park (22 mins), Miami International Airport (13 min), Fort Lauderdale Airport (25 min). For our health care workers Jackson Memorial (15 min). Uber and Lyft is available in the area if you don’t have transportation. UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub also provides contact-less delivery to the area as well.  
  
\-When you enter we have a beautiful foyer for you to unwind, and allow your guest to rest before entering the rest of the home.  
  
\-In our spacious living room there is a sectional couch so that you can kick up your feet and enjoy our 55 inch Roku TV. Yes we have Netflix, Hulu and other applications. \*Please have your log-info ready.\*FREE WIFI!
