Apr 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Alon was amazing, Front Desk not so much The condo was exactly what we needed and clean, however we were given a different room 1214 (instead of the one listed 1217) when we asked the front desk for the reason why, we were told “maintenance” and that we would be sent a rollaway cot to make up for the missing bed the we didn’t have in the new room. The cot never came, the front desk gave sass when we asked for sheets for the sofa instead and it was never communicated that we couldn’t bring food from the condo to the beach without leaving and walking around the hotel to the public beach access. All this said, Alon, the property manager, was incredible! Very responsive and helped us with any questions we had at any hour of the day. ##### Alexis R.
