Amazing park across the street from the building. There are cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance making it a highly desirable neighborhood. Condo is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps up to 3 guests comfortably with California King bed and available air mattress. In-unit washer/dryer and drying rack available. High-speed internet, TV, and dedicated workspace makes this the perfect place for work-from-home or digital nomads.
