This neighborhood is a beautiful city with lots of diversity in which you can meet people of various backgrounds. You can also enjoy the beach and the parks located near the area which are both entertaining and family-friendly. Getting Around: The best way to get around Miami Beach is on foot. South Beach is especially pedestrian-friendly. Bikes, can also be rented from a number of vendors or from the bike-sharing system, Citi Bike. Other Things to Note: ➤NO PARKING Please be informed that we do not have a free parking space on premise however you may use the paid parking located about 8 blocks from the apartment that will cost you $10 per day since the meter are from 8 am to 6 pm $1 a hour and free after 6 pm. Parking garage is located at 400 W42nd St. Miami Beach FL, 33140 ➤We do not allow baggage drop off. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you. Jan 13, 2026 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!One of the worst experiences I have ever had renting. We show up, the place smells a bit like mold. There is a blood stain on the comforter, the stove does not work, the extra sheets and blanket smells like BO, as if it hasnt been washed in 3 months, only one towel, no mattress protector, no clean sheets. We tell the property owner and they have a housecleaner come. She reveals a massive dirt stain on the mattress which she proceeds to half heatedly scrub with a sponge, and then puts on our sheets on the wet mattress, which the wetness seeps into the sheets, leaving us with no clean sheets, and no comforter. The owner says that they will remedy the situation by providing us with new sheets, comforter and mattress protector, but as a courtesy, will refund the first nights stay as we did not stay there due to the disgusting nature of the apartment. After the stay, the owner goes back on their promise to refund the first nights stay, claiming that because they cleaned, and gave us new sheets, they do not need to provide a refund; things which should not have been had to been provided if the place was clean and ready in the first place. I have attached pictures of the stains, but what i cannot attach is the smell of the apartment, the smell of the extra bedding/blanket, the fact the stove did not work, and no mattress protector.
