Hello Diaro, thank you for your review. Minibar charges are tallied by the attendant for items consumed throughout the stay. Some guests overlook the menu and believe the minibar items are complimentary. Other guests share a room and are unaware that items were consumed by their roommate. Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available due to liability and safety concerns. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback.

Hello Juan Carlos. Please pardon the inconvenience of not having daily housekeeping service at this time, but we offer service on the third day. Guest accommodations are cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. Should a guest need a clean set of towels or linens or any extra items, they can pick them up at the front desk. We are disappointed you did not have a better stay, but hope you will come again.

We are a historic Art Deco hotel built in the early 1900’s, so our boutique rooms are a bit smaller than modern accommodations which is common for Miami Beach.
