The apt. is modern with Miami vibe decor and everything looks brand new inside. The beach is a block away and everything you need is close by, walking distance. Restaurants, shops, clubs etc. all there in the vibrant Miami Beach culture. And the sunset/Miami skyline view from the balcony is spectacular! We love all the art deco architecture in south beach and highly recommend this rental! (Also, if have a car/driving, you have a free parking space for the unit which is a huge bonus) ##### Julie D. Liegt sehr gut, Man ist sehr schnell am Beach und Espanola Way .Der dazugehörige Parkplätze war sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist nicht schön und daneben ist eine Baustelle.
