This fully renovated one-bedroom apartment is just two blocks from historic Calle 8 and a short drive to top destinations like Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Nestled in a Spanish stucco home, it offers a stylish, mid-century-inspired interior designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you're here for business or leisure, enjoy a seamless stay in the heart of Miami.  
  
The Space:  
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES  
1- Property is left vacant 2 days after guest check out.  
2- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.  
3- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.  
4- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.  
5- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.  
6- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

The Neighborhood:

This is a residential neighborhood with a neighborhood watch program. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy - Your reservation will be cancelled without refund and property will be vacated if a disturbance is reported!  
  
Little Havana is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.  
  
Walk two blocks north and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. Marlins Park is a $5 Uber Ride Away and I highly recommend catching a game if you have the time, it is a great experience.  
  
If you head east to Coconut Grove you have: great restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.  
  
If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.  
  
The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.  
  
Getting Around:  
The free trolley or the metro bus pass 2 blocks away. Uber is also very accessible.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Street parking is located directly in front of the house.  
Pet Fee is - $100 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.
