The check-in and out process was seamless. The hotel is in a good location. The room was very clean and quaint. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the attached café!! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel ! The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was exactly as described and met all my expectations. The gym was more than sufficient for keeping up with my fitness routine, and the swimming pool was just as enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, with special mention of the outstanding hospitality and kindness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel !

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We got there before check-in and was able to leave our bags there while we did other things. Such a relief than trying to lug our stuff all through miami. Then the beach experience they offered while waiting for our room was great! The pool area was beautiful clean and relaxing. So glad we decided to stay here!

The property was exactly as stated in the pics. Location was a 10/10, I actually booked last minute and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The view from my balcony was breathtaking! The room and sheets were clean. It was my first time traveling solo and I felt safe walking to and from the property.

Check in took very very long because there’s only one front desk agent and he was dealing with a customer complaint regarding their room being dirty and they didn’t have another room to move them to. When I finally got to check in, it took less than 3 minutes. The room was mostly clean but the queen-size pullout sofa bed was dirty with hair and food residue and no extra linens to put on the sofa bed. The rest of the room was nice and the balcony had a beautiful view.
