Failure in putting out bins, causing excess trash and bulk pick up may incur a $100 fee per bin. 9\. Pool: When using the Pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The pool company comes every Mondays and Thursdays mostly before noon. Swim at your own risk. We decline all responsibilities. After 10PM please be mindful of the local noise / Neighbors ordinance when using Pool and Jacuzzi. 10\. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep doors closed at all times! 11\. Cameras: For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim. 12\. Gate remote: any lost or missing Gate remote will be charged $200\. 13\. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management. 14\. Photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited without written approval from Management. 15\. No street parking allowed at all times. Parking only on the property. Maximum cars 3 Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring Please note that this home has 8 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on angles of the exterior / Outside of the property. Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels. Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties. The inside is a beautiful open setup characterized by a large granite kitchen island, a long dining table, and an open TV / relaxation area. The bedrooms are well thought out with plenty of space to move around and a generous amount of closet space. Bathrooms are modern and everything from the grill to the pool to the kitchen was spotlessly clean. Jay (the property manager) was super communicative and answered any questions we had over the course of our stay. Better than the pics, and the outdoor grill area is fantastic. Great communication, easy check in and out, prompt assistance when something unexpected came up. All around positive experience; highly recommend. Definitely need a rental if you’re coming in by air. ##### Drew D. Water heater took a while for all showers to get hot. While in the pool we had the pool cleaning company come by and landscaping company come by which that shouldn’t happen while the house is occupied. Besides that house was amazing! Great place to stay, owners are very accommodating and nice people… would recommend this house to anyone, can’t wait to go back! Such beautiful home and beautiful Neighbourhood.
