The room was beautiful great view nice and clean had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen that had enough for us to make small items, the staff was really nice and helpful they made check in and out really smooth, the only issue we had was the elevator, only two worked and it took a good 15min to get on the elevator if you were waiting in the lobby to go upstairs and about the same or more to come down, but all and all our stay was great. ##### Shareemah W. We had an incredible weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday at Fontainebleau. Chris was fantastic, always quick to answer all of our questions. My husband and I came for vacation in Miami. This hotel is iconic and the people in the area know it well. It has a good reputation. Very international. The pools were amazing and beach access was perfect. We took advantage of the morning circuit training classes and loved the trainers. Finding food at a reasonable price was a bit challenging and the hotel is sooo huge that it has 4 different areas for pick up if you are using Uber or public transportation. We used the free Trolly to get to South Beach easy peasy. We would stay here again if we come back to Miami. ##### Chandra M.
