Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor. The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay. Lobby door unlocks with a passcode. Unit door unlocks with a passcode. See check-in instructions. We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be. Check in is at 3.00 pm and after Check out is at 11.00 am or before. South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.
