Seul l'emplacement a répondu à notre attente ; la vue était magnifique ! sinon , la décoration de la chambre et salle de bain était vieillissante.Pas de mode d'emploi pour la télévision . le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas . La propriétaire nous a demandé de nous adresser à la réception de l'hôtel dans le mème immeuble . La réception nous a dit que nous étions dans une location privée! donc c'était à la propriétaire de nous dépanner ! mais Marie ne s'est jamais déplacée et n'a rien fait si ce n'est un vague mail d'excuses... elle n'a pas accepté de nous dédommager des préjudices donc , nous déconseillons cette location !

Nous sommes des habitués du Sonesta et Nous avons passé 10 jours fin octobre, cette chambre est idéalement placée Avec vue sur la piscine et la mer, très au calme. La chambre est très propre avec un grand dressing. Le lit est très grand et de très bonne qualité. Bref nous reviendrons et nous vous conseillons cette chambre.

Nice Stay in the Grove

Always a nice time in Coconut Grove at one of these properties. Parking is perfect- easy and great price. Walk to restaurants and parks. Condo is not the largest but well appointed. Great views from the balcony.

Love Coconut Grove!!!!

This is a converted hotel unit - but perfect for two people. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Coconut Grove and all eateries, pubs etc. Parking is onsite and easy to ingress/egress. Will use this place again when back in the area.

Special vacation - Will go back!

You couldn't ask for a better location - right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Meals, shopping, church, park - all within walking distance. When we wanted to relax, the pool was perfect. It was a very special vacation, and we would like to stay here the next time we visit Miami.

Left laundry at local Wash & Fold. No washer in unit but coin operated machines on 6th floor. Location just perfect. Close to restaurants and great walks. Nice walk behind Miami City Hall. Very relaxing.

This property was everything it appeared to be. It is in such a beautiful location in coconut Grove with convenient walking access to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. I loved this place and the communication from the property owner was great.

Run down and no towels

I have stayed in this property in a different rental. It was stellar and beautiful. This rental was pretty run down and actually had one small bath towel for the two of us. It was not resolved, and I had to go to the pool and get a towel from there. Not up to my expectations for VRBO properties.

Maria was our property management contact. She was very attentive and worked to ensure a smooth stay. We had some issues with a bathroom light switch. She was on it right away and the problem was fixed that day.

This hotel was very clean the room was pretty nice too they provide pretty much everything you need for your stay such as obviously towels but there’s also a coffee pot and cups and wine glasses and utensils available which I thought was nice the view was okay I usually prefer to stay right on the beach but it was nice to watch the night life from the balcony and there is a water view

Perfect Getaway

It's been a while since we have been to Miami. We were a little hesitant that it might be a loud, raucous environment. It was not! It was absolutely beautifully calm, family oriented, filled with kind staff (Leo by the pool was the best!) and wonderful accommodations. The room was perfect. The hotel was perfect. The pool was perfect. We had EVERYTHING we could want or need within walking distance in every direction. I'm so happy we chose this place!

Perfect rental

Marie was an awesome host. The unit was very clean and spacious. The unit and outside terrace had an amazing view of the bay. Perfect for a cocktail at sunset or morning coffee. The location was absolutely perfect, with great restaurants steps away. Look forward to returning.
