Its within a 10 min drive of some cool locations like south beach and lincoln ave. The place its self was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The host was very straight forward and communicated everything well. The only issue was the code he gave for the back gate wasnt right but i think that its because of the renovations going on, in the pool area!
