Just steps from the Biscayne Bay. Centrally located just minutes from Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Design District (5 mins) & Only 10 mins from Miami Beach. Walking distance to the amazing Brickell City Centre & Marry Brickell Village. Building amenities such as steam room, sauna, 2 pools, GYM... CVS drugstore and supermarket right by the building and Publix supermarket just a block away. Early check-in upon availability + additional fee Dear Guest, It is a pleasure to welcome you in our home for your trip. I would like to remind you about the House Rules : 1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house. 2) No loud music inside the property at any time. 3) Garbage – Trash is to be disposed of properly in trash bags. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. Please dispose all garbage in the trash-shut that is located on the hall labeled as “TRASH SHUT” (It’s on the section 0-12 from each floor). 4) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night. 5) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer. 6) We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.) 7) There will be inside the unit: 1 bath towel per each guest registered and two pillows on each bed. 8) We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained, dirty and/or turn up missing). 9) Washer & Dryer located at 14th floor. (applicable to studios only) 10) The Pools, GYM , Steam Room, Management Office, Game Room are on the 14th floor 11) Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation. 12) Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts. 13) No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit. 14) Please take into account that we only offer Netflix for TV. 15) There is a Key+Fob per unit. In case you need an extra key, please request it to us. If you need an extra Fob, you must request it at Management Office on the 14th floor. They will activate it on the guest phone and it has a cost of 10 USD. The guest must had sent his/her ID prior the request. 16) Please leave the Key+Fob inside the unit with the door unlocked at the Check-Out. DONT DROP OFF THE KEYS AT THE FRONT DESK. By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property. We’ve stayed at brickell before and this time was not a positive experience. There were 7 of us and only 3 could shower quickly as the hot water kept running out. The key Fob only worked half the time and we were asked where the other one is but there was only one. I didn’t get the wifi password until mid way during our stay. The dishwasher had dishes in it that were not from our stay and had a horrible odor that lingered throughout the apartment and while running was leaking out in the kitchen. I booked online and somehow ended up with next week booking not the booking I intended not sure why that happened because I was double checking dates and it still happened yet there’s no refunds for canceling but couldn’t get any response from Vrbo or host about the matter who happens to be the same host for both bookings come to find out but I was coming into Miami for work so had to re book only to have all this happen. Very disappointed and frustrated with all this and feeling ripped off. Will not be staying here again nor recommending so. In fact I will be letting everyone I can know to not book here. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### gail s. 30 mars 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Weekend trip After the passing of my father, my family members and I needed a place to stay and came down to Florida on three days notice.. It was spring break as well as the music festival. There were very few listings available to suit our needs. This space was one of the few larger apartments available in the Brickell area. The owner communicated very well with me from the beginning and was very courteous and lenient. Unfortunately when we arrived, the front desk did not have us listed and we had to jump through a few hoops and speak with the property manager in order to get us approved to go upstairs. That was a bit of a hassle and an inconvenience especially after traveling to get there. It was however straightened out within the hour. We also had to purchase more fobs Since only one was provided,. Because the apartment sleeps 6-8 people this was a bit ridiculous since 6 to 8 people would most likely not be leaving and entering the building at the same time over the course of the weekend. This was especially ridiculous since we paid over $1300 a night to stay there. I would have appreciated if there was at least two -three fobs so we could split up and not have to rely on one another. Or pay extra to get into the building that we already paid alot to stay in. The apartment was as pictured. It is pretty basic and not very luxurious.. it was sparsely furnished. It would’ve been nice to have a night table next to any of the beds. There was not . Only in the master bedroom. Terrace had a great view. And the nighttime view was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Beds were a bit hard and not very comfortable . Some of the pillows were definitely softer than the others so that made it a bit better. Kitchen was clean as well, although there was a 2 cup coffee pot which again was a bit ridiculous for an apartment that houses 6-8 people. It appears that the apartment was originally a large one bedroom apartment, converted into a four bedroom. So it did seem a bit squeezed. Bathrooms were very clean. Only one towel was provided per person. I would have liked to seen a few more towels available, especially when we wanted to go down to the pool area and bring a 2nd towel. The area in which the building was located was amazing. Lots of great restaurants and cafés . Beautiful water area to walk around in as well. Prime location. ##### gail s. And the building was nice with 2 great pools and hot tub. Easy parking. Beautiful weather. The fob to get access throughout the building only worked for one day so that was a bit annoying as all areas of building require it. The apartment was nice with 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was good. Broken microwave door, toilet paper holders, and missing light bulbs. Would recommend more towels and blankets. Asked the renter who said yes to fixing fob, getting blankets and lightbulbs and never did any of it. Very strange because she was pleasant and agreeable on phone and text but had NO follow through.
