In the living area, a vivid orange mural and a graphic print area rug add exciting energy to the cozy space. A charcoal gray sofa faces the huge flatscreen television create the perfect spot to watch a great movie or catch up on your favorite TV show. A whimsical foosball coffee table adds a playful style. Throughout the entire apartment are gorgeous, gleaming Carrera marble floor tiles. The kitchen is open to the living area and features clean, white shaker cabinets and sleek quartz countertops. The sparkling stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a range. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need— from the toaster to the coffee maker— to prepare meals and snacks with ease. A glass-top dining table has seating for six people. Tucked into the corner is a convenient utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Each of the two bedrooms provides a quiet, serene space to rest and recharge, protected from outdoor noise by state of the art hurricane impact windows. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed set against a custom graphic wall mural and facing a mounted flatscreen television. This bedroom also has a large closet for storing your gear. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen-size bed, flatscreen television, and spacious closet. The wall mural in this bedroom is a bold green and blue leaf pattern.
