The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. • DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING. • Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property. • Pets are not permitted in this residence. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change.
