The pool is open Friday–Sunday and closed Monday–Thursday. Escape to the 28th floor of The Icon Brickell, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning city lights and partial water views. This 2BR oasis offers lux living with a world-renowned pool deck, state-of-the-art gym, hot & cold pools, sauna, and steam room. Experience urban indulgence with every moment framed by breathtaking panoramas. Please note: There’s a small hairline crack on the top living room window. The Adrienne Arsht Center hosts the Miami City Ballet and Florida Grand Opera, and the Pérez Art Museum Miami shows contemporary art. Catch an air-conditioned trolley or the Metrobus to get around, or scoot through Downtown Miami and Brickell on the Metromover automated people mover system. Connect with the Brightline intercity rail system to head out to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and beyond. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception) and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Please be informed that amenity passes can be collected any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ➤Parking is NOT included. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can\`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted. 3\. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved. 4\. As per the building regulations, we can only guarantee to provide 2 passes for guests to access the building amenities, including the pool.
