We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. There were only 3 forks for 4 people, no wine glasses, and no dishwashing soap. Additionally, there was no tablecloth for cleaning, so I had to use a face cloth. I wasn’t expecting a fully stocked kitchen, but the minimum equipment was missing, which made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests. I wrote to the owner on the first day to make sure I would have to write this comments.....but silence radio!!! ##### Mylene L. The property could certainly use some updating and the photos of the listing definitely are showing an updated unit. The bedrooms have carpet while the kitchen/living area are tile. The bathrooms need some TLC, but everything worked properly and it was clean. They do charge for parking and also for beach umbrellas. There were only sheets on the beds, blankets were provided but you have to put them on yourself. There is laundry, one washer and one dryer on each floor, not per room. The kitchen utensils were sparse, but just bring plastic and you will be fine. No daily housekeeping to make beds and exchange towels. It’s right on the beach, which is clean and clear. You definitely get what you paid for, if you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is not it, but it was clean and efficient for our stay. ##### Kristin G. It took over one day to receive a response regarding the washer and dryer.
