The refrigerator was leaking, the microwave didn’t work which we were never told about even though there was a second microwave. Because of the city shutdown, water was yellow and the air wasn’t working until the next morning when the property management came to the site. Little piece of soap even to start with for 5 people is not enough. For the price that is asked, there is definitely should be more then just the normal. Despite other reviews about slow elevators, we had no problems. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the kitchen supplies. 2 of the knives should have been tossed out as they were broken and unsafe. There was also no oven safe dishes to cook in, and only one paper towel roll was provided - id rather have had a dish towel for kitchen clean up. It had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. The pool area is beautiful as well as the proximity to the beach. The location was easy to get to and from without a rental car. The apartment is beautiful, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need, the view is stunning. The building itself is very clean and nice, the restaurant on site, security, 2 chairs and umbrella (more upon availability) are included in hotel fee, but those are stocked in the apartment too. Location is excellent only issue is the wait time for the elevators and the valet but we were there over Christmas and New Year’s so the property was at full capacity.Owner was responsive quickly when we asked questions via email. We had some problems w the wifi but had unlimited data so ok for us but might not be for others. It also made the TV not good quality bc the wifi so pretty bad.
