Neighborhood is a little sketchy but nothing bothered me really. I wish the listing would have stated it is a second floor apartment. The apartment was clean and mostly updated. Beds were comfortable. If I were back in town for a baseball game or other event near by I would probably book here again because of the value. Definitely worth it. ##### Julianna W. Me and my roommate were in between leases and needed a place for a couple weeks and landed here. It is quite small but very clean and the neighborhood wasn’t too bad. One thing I’ll say for anyone who needs longer than a couple nights, the GOSH DARN WILD ROOSTERS will start crowing at like, 4:45am and will NOT stop. So if you’re a heavy sleeper I’m sure you’ll be fine but a light sleeper like me it’s gonna make you never feel guilty about eating chicken again 🐓 Overall a great stay though at a great price! ##### Patrick S.
