Miami County Vacation Packages

My family and I were genuinely excited to stay at Margaritaville after good friends recommended it. We stayed in a King Bedroom Suite with a balcony. While we enjoyed the outdoor/indoor pools and found the staff friendly, several issues made our stay disappointing. At LandShark Bar & Grill, my partner ordered steak tacos that were extremely chewy and appeared undercooked. When we mentioned it, we were told that was simply how they were prepared, although the tacos were removed from our bill. My son and I ordered cheeseburgers and fries, but the fries were extremely cold. The room had several concerns. We found what appeared to red stains on the comforter (not confirming it was blood but it looked like it could be) along with numerous blue glitter-like stains. The replacement bedding provided by the hotel also had multiple blue stains. Our son needed a place to sleep, but no cots were available, so he had to sleep on the floor using a pack-and-play mattress. The coffee machine also did not work, and there were brown stains/residue on several doors. The most concerning issue occurred the final morning when I woke up with significant swelling and puffiness around my eyes and eyebrows. I cannot say what caused it, but given the condition of the bedding, I do wonder whether dust, dirt, or something on the linens contributed. We reported these concerns at checkout and were given a small credit.

What an absolutely delightful hotel. Spacious rooms and so many unusual touches from the old stereo playing albums in the lobby to the Market place to grab a delicious snack or meal. Cant wait to return.

My husband and I enjoy this quick getaway...before the school year starts. Always a relaxing time to unwind.
