My room room 416. The air condition was broke. It made a very loud noise when you turned it on it was competing with the volume of the TV. An unbearable sound no sleep all through the night. The phone in the room didn’t work. You could not contact maintenance are the downstairs staff concerning I was not happy with the Stay in room 416.
I tried to reach out to management. I only got a recording.

The Hotel Silver Heart Inn was an amazing place to stay....beautifully maintained 170 year old home decorated with wonderful antiques. Breakfast was served in the morning including fresh fruit, german apple pancake and sausage! We loved the touches including bathrobes, and Gentle Bee shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The Gentle Bee was so amazing I ordered shampoo and conditioner when I got home! We would 100% stay at Silver Heart Inn again!!
