Located in the heart of Mezzano, recognised as one of the 'Borghi più belli d'Italia' (Italy's most beautiful villages), and only 2 km from the lively Fiera di Primiero, our flat offers the perfect fusion of the tranquillity of a mountain village and the convenience of having services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent's, as well as bus and skibus stops just a few steps away. This attic apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking an escape from the daily routine without giving up comfort.  
  
The interior of the flat is an invitation to experience moments of relaxation and conviviality. Spacious and bright, its spaces are distributed between a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, freezer, dishwasher), a cosy dining corner and a relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a wood-burning stove to keep you company on winter evenings. The bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, are all provided with blankets and pillows To complete the offer, two functional bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as modern comforts such as wifi and satellite TV.  
  
The outside of the house is a space equipped to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the large lawn-garden that surrounds it. #### gemütliches und großzügiges Haus

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und mit dem Offen in der Mitte auch sehr gemütlich. Wir waren 6 Personen. Zwei weitere müssten auf dem Sofa schlafen. Wie das funktioniert, kann ich nicht beurteilen.
