"Unfortunately the property is located in a remote & bad neighborhood. The trash recycling field are nearby, therefore, it was trashing outside. The traffic to go anywhere was as bad as Los Angelels traffic.The venue does NOT have the staffing to accommodate the guess. The receptionist, has to do different jobs (Bartender, room services, cook,wtc). The pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned, & jacuzzi was out of service. & if it did work, it was only from 10 am - 6 pm. The game rooms was closed . The venue does not have any entertainment or massage person on premises. They'll also charge you a $500 pesos corking fee if you bring a bottle of wine. The rooms are old and the showers are slippery, unsafe, and not properly maintained. The meal menus were extremely limited. The receptionist & the cook, tried their best to help me, but this venue is very badly staffed. The price for the venue was not worth the price. If you are a local & rent the venue for a special even, I guess is ok. If you are a tourist, I would stay away from this place. Be aware.. "
