Sandy beach within 150 meters. The port and its restaurants within 300 meters as well as the market and shops. There is an outdoor market in Mèze on Thursdays and Sundays. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds). The house has been completely renovated this winter (2018/19). Electric heating, Terrace with beautiful view of the pond Thau. DRC: Living room / kitchen: Large space with a large sofa, a dining table and a fireplace. (We can provide you with wood logs for a small price). The room overlooks a terrace with a beautiful view of the pond Thau. Equipped with a dishwasher (brand Mièle), a washing machine (brand Mièle), a microwave, an oven and a hob. WC First floor: Bedroom 1: Double bed with balcony and beautiful view of the pond Thau. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds and sofa with beautiful view of the pond Thau. Shower Second floor: Bedroom 3 with large bed and beautiful view of the pond Thau with private shower room. In English Charming fisherman's house with beautiful view of Thau lagoon lagoon and the hill of Sète. The house is 150m from the beach 300m from the port and its restaurants. Shops, the daily indoor market and the weekly market (Thursdays, Sundays) are all within a short stroll. The house can sleep 6 (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds). The house was sensitively renovated this winter (2018/19) and has electric heating. Ground floor: Kitchen / living room with large seating area, dining table and kitchen equipped with new dishwasher (Miele), brand new washing machine, oven and hob and microwave. The room opens onto a terrace with views of the Thau lagoon and its oyster beds. This room has an open fireplace. We can provide logs for a small price. Downstairs loo. 1st floor Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a view of the lagoon and a small balcony to the side of the house. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds, a sofa and a small balcony with views of the lagoon. Cuisine simple mais bien fournie. En plus, pour arriver à la plage en plus de 2 minutes, il faut vraiment trainer les pieds. Marché local excellent. Mèze est une petite ville qu'on ne connaissait pas. The large kitchen/living area was great and the small terrace at the front was ideal for our two year old grandson. The house is really close to all amenities in the town and there’s a small beach just a couple of hundred metres away.
