"Friendly staff, clean facilities. Just don’t arrive during rush-hour. I got stuck in traffic for about an hour trying to find the hotel parking located “around the corner”. Providing a map upon request could be extra helpful as well as clear parking fees policy for their guests. Otherwise o good experience."

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and...

"We were very happy with the Zocalo Central Hotel. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. We liked that they had bottled water that was easy to get whenever we needed it. The included Caffe was a great option for snacks and quick meals. The included breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant has the greatest views of the Zocalo Center and Cathedral. We will definitely choose this hotel again soon."

"This has to be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was impecable! The rooms are very cozy and modern. The inclusion of the items offered at the cafe as part of your stay are delicious! We have to give a special thanks to Alberto & Elizabeth for the special gift in our room on our 25th wedding anniversary. You guys are the greatest! All of the staff was exceptional and deserve a thank you also. The location of the hotel is great if you want to visit a lot of the historical spots in the city. Be aware that you will definitely walk a lot because the traffic is CDMX is horrible, but you can walk to most places in downtown. Uber would be the choice of transportation of you want to go out of the area. I highly recommend this hotel. "
