Personnel (surtout le gérant du matin) nous a appelé un taxi et validé un prix d’avance avec son chauffeur de taxi et suite à son arrivée, le chauffeur de taxi a augmenté son prix. Mais après une longue attente, nous ne pouvions plus annuler. Une fois que le chauffeur de taxi nous a déposé à notre nouvelle adresse, il a exigé un paiement en espèce (cash) ce qui n’avait pas été convenu avec l’hôtel. Bref, prenez un Uber car le service de taxis de l’hôtel n’est pas fiable et ressemble à une arnaque entre gérant et chauffeur de taxi. Pour le personnel d’accueil le soir tard, le service était professionnel, accueillant et sincère !"
