Not suitable for heavy or excessive luggage, elderly, small children, or high heels. Gym with only weights and no disinfectants/sanitation/mats/towels/water. One week stay provides one roll of toilet paper. You have to take out your own trash during your entire stay. Fresh towels after 7 days. Service inconsistent and staff repeatedly provided inaccurate information. Hotel takes no accountability for differences between listing and actual property. Extremely loud street noise around the clock on main road side of building. My stay was pretty solid overall. The location is unbeatable, the staff is very discreet, and I appreciated that visits were allowed. The apartment has an awesome style, everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise. My first room faced the main street and was VERY loud, so I asked to be moved. The second room was still noisy, but much better. They do provide earplugs, which actually help a lot. Also, the elevator broke during my stay and no solution was provided. Not a huge deal, but I would have expected a bit more accountability around that. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is pretty busy all throughout the day and night but they leave earplugs in the room if the noise is too loud for you. The only issue we experienced was the temperature of the water in the shower- it would randomly get super cold and it would take a while to warm up again making it uncomfortable to shower.
