On hesite pas a choisir cet hotel pour son confort, le professionnalisme du personnel et son amabilité. Tres calme tres belle sdb avec les produits de la gamme de l occitane. Nousn avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car nous ne prenons su un cfe ai lait avec croissant et pain grillé alors le prix du petit déjeuner proposé complet est trop élevée dans ce cas. Lapisci.e au 38 ème est bien chauffée et couverte avec bai. A remous szina et service de bar tres efficace.

La estadia fue impecable de principio a fin. El staff hacen un excelente trabajo en hacernos sentir VIP. Las instalaciones son muy bien tenidas, excepto que el AC no estaba tan frio como a nosotros nos gusta y tuvo que venir un sr de mantenimiento a chequearlo. A parte de esp fue todo simplemente espectacular

Bad service. Just to give 2 quick examples, When we arrived after check in time, only 2 of three rooms were ready...we were told the third room would be ready 2 hours later. Additionally, since we had early flights we requested early breakfast for 5am which they confirmed they could provide, it was 5.30 and we were still waiting for breakfast, when we called they sent up a very sorry version of breakfast of two slices of bread, cheese and ham that was pretty obvious was put together in haste. There are so many wonderful options for hotels in Mexico City, based on their service alone, I would note recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel in the heart of mexico city, however doesn’t seem like a 5 star hotel, more so 4 star. There were things that did not work in the room. Front desk staff were polite at first however when I brought up my room assignment was not correct, the original girl had a slight attitude. Spa service was decent but did not live up to the hype. I’ve been to much better. Balta breakfast was just okay but came with expedia VIP perks so can’t complain. All in all, it was a very average stay. I expected better with all the raving reviews.

Sofitel is an amazing hotel located in a very safe and convenient part of Mexico City. The staff was amazing and the service was top notch. That being said, I didn't receive ANY special services or considerations from my platinum one key Expedia VIP membership. I could have just booked this on my own and it would have been exactly the same.

The service was amazing at this property and the breakfast is outstanding with great food and lots of choices. The croissants and pastries are some of the best I have ever had! The rooms are very large and beautifully appointed. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property in a great part of town. I would definitely stay here again. Throughout the property there are beautiful 360 degree views of Mexico City. I enjoyed the gym and sauna which are included for all hotel guests. I wish the pool hours were better - it opened rather late in the morning and closed an bit early, so it was hard to find time to enjoy. We paid to use the hot tub and steam room, which were nice but honestly I’ve used better spa amenities at other hotels. I’m not sure it was worth 35 dollars to spend a half hour in the hot tub/steam room. The hotel rooftop bar is lovely, and the cocktails and food were delicious. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Really nice breakfast included. Lovely stay overall.

Overall a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, amazing attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the food at the rooftop bar. The views are spectacular. The only suggestions I have are to consider changing out the toilet paper for a softer brand, and to consider putting in a hot tub in the pool/spa area.

First time staying at a Sofitel and visiting Mexico City. Overall a great choice. Hotel staff was inviting and kind. Very helpful with any requests. Easy check in and out. Rooms were clean. Property location is in a convenient location for sight seeing/being picked up for tours but not for much else. We had to Uber to all shopping and restaurants we wanted to try. We had dinner the first night there at Bajel and it was fine, then drinks at Citizen food is average for the cost. We were there celebrating my birthday and they left a birthday card and slice of cake out for me. Nice little touch.
