Guest Access: The entrance to "Tower 3" can be found on Hamburgo Street, near the corner of Insurgentes Avenue, just behind the Reforma 222 shopping plaza next to the Sanborns store. This tower is part of the Reforma 222 complex. Upon arrival, one of our associates will be waiting in the lobby to accompany you to your apartment. Inside, you'll discover your access card and, if needed, a magnetic key for parking lot access. To enter the parking lot, simply follow Napoles Street and use the access card received at the lobby desk to open the first parking gate. For a delightful time at the pool and Jacuzzi, we recommend making reservations at least one day in advance at the reception on the 7th floor to secure your preferred time slot. Each reservation is limited to a one-hour period. Please remember that food or drinks are not permitted, and it is mandatory to wear a cap and take a quick shower before swimming. If you wish to use the steam room, kindly notify us 30 minutes beforehand. Don't forget to wear a swimsuit, and please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the area.
