Mainly fixtures seemed like they could fall apart at any moment. The place could definitely use some sturdier upgrades.Ugly: The elevator did not work for our entire stay (Monday through Friday), and both the master bathroom and kitchen sinks were clogged and backing up.Some of this feedback has already been mentioned in other reviews that I read, so hopefully the host takes action soon to address these recurring issues. We loved the seafood restaurant next door! Also easy to walk.to several of the nearby parks. The space was great for our fanily of 4\. Each of my daughters had their own rooms. Communication with the property manager was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The space is in a apartment like building that had a check in space protected by door person. The obly criticisms i woild have are that the couch in the living space was uncomfortable and that there wasnt eniugh comfrtavke seating for the large space. Also, it was fine for us in early March, but we didnt realize the unit did not have A/C. We were also surprised that on the last day when we checked out , the doorman expected a tip by holding up a sign. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. ##### Dolon d. The unit was clean, bright and comfortable for my husband and I and our three young adult children.
