They apologized but apologizes don’t help. Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Overall place was clean and owners were responsive to queries. It's right in the middle of the Zona Rosa (which is one of the party centers of town - think South Beach ambiance). Because of this, i would recommend this for adults only. It's a noisy area. Fun, but noisy. We stayed in the 11th floor of the building, and the noise was noticeable from the unit, but not enough to bother me (and i am a lite sleeper). The unit is fully equipped, and it centrally located to the Zocalo, chapultepec, condesa, polanco areas. Using Uber, it was a 10 min ride to each. Access to some of the best restaurants in the city is walking distance (try la Terraza in el Zocalo, El Hidalguense in Roma, Terraza Cha Cha Cha, or any Casa de Toño). In general, food is great everywhere. Loads of nightlife around the building. The general area appeared safe. The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer/dryer was great, as we had another week to go in Cancun, and it allowed us to carry little clothing overall. The management company was very attentive and responsive, and was fast to follow up with any questions. We will definitely be back, and soon! ##### Claudio R.
