We originally asked for luggage storage since we arrived early in the morning and were told it's a service it wasn't offered. Then, when check in was delayed by an hour, suddenly luggage storage was available. We then found out after checking in that the washer/dryer didn't work, the towels were all damp(also there were only 3 for 5 guests), and only one of the showers had warm water, so half of us had to take cold showers every day. We were also provided with incorrect Wifi information and the contact number listed for the property was disconnected. We still had a great time in Mexico City, but we wish the property management company was more accommodating or responsive. ##### Salma A. I stayed with friend for a week and I enjoyed the location in trendy Roma Norte. It’s closed to cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. I liked that each room has its own bathroom and there is another half bathroom on the lower level. The apartment was very clean.
