Jun 4, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Beware - Kukun properties are terrible This is run by a terrible property management company called Kukun. We had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. We paid for early checkin and they refused to let us in at the prearranged time so they cheated us by taking half the daily rent for early check in and then made us wait in the lobby. In addition there is The worst Wi-Fi service and the rooms get extremely hot - we had to leave two nights early because it was impossible to stay here/ and though they promised us a refund because our experience was terrible they did not give it to us. This is a fraudulent company and they have many rental properties in Mexico City. Do not stay at any Kukun properties or you will regret it ##### Subina D.
