### One Bedroom Apartment

The property is located on a green vineyard hill with a wonderful view and offers a relaxing stay as guests have access to a Kirami hot tub on the balcony for private use. The apartment is suitable for up to four guests, two adults and two children, as there is a bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a private bathroom, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The basement area has a bar and seating area for up to 20 people to hold meetings or events, it's access needs to be discussed prior with the owner for it's use. The property offers bike rental and has many hiking paths in the area. There is free private parking on location and free wifi access throughout the property.   
The apartment Ma&Ja is located on a green vineyard hill with a great view from it's balcony where the Japanese style hot tub is placed for guests to enjoy. Outdoor furniture on the balcony lets guests enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or a glass of evening wine as the sun sets. A double bed is located in the bedroom where guests have access to a small safe for belongings. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a walk in rainfall shower and toilet with basic toiletries provided. The comfortable living room has a big screen TV with satelite channels and sofa where two additional guests can sleep as it extends into a double bed. The dining area and well equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer are in the same room. Basement area has a bar with seating area and can be accessed iafter consulting the owner. We are confident you will have a pleasant stay at Ma&Ja apartment.
