Parties and unapproved gatherings are not allowed and will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Smoking, Drugs & Animals No smoking or vaping inside the home at any time No drugs permitted anywhere on the property No pets allowed Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay and/or additional cleaning charges (minimum $200). 5\. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee. 6\. Occupancy Limits The property may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. Exceeding this number without approval may result in eviction without refund and/or additional charges of $30 per extra guest per night. 7\. Care of the Property Please treat the home and its contents with care. Removing any items from the property, including linen, kitchenware, or furnishings, is not permitted and replacement costs will be charged accordingly. 8\.
