Summary:  
A stylish & recently renovated property, 20’ from Bouka Beach, & 15’ from Ancient Messene, surrounded by a heavenly patio, will offer you unforgettable vacations!  
The spacious patio is the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation, while having your favorite drink, or a meal!  
The area is rich in restaurants, traditional taverns & bars.  
Our location is just a 10 minute drive from the village of Agios Floros, a great place to enjoy some natural beauty!  
Free Wi-Fi and 2 private parking spots.  
  
The Space:  
An accommodation, only 20’ from the beach of Bouka with a large patio, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.  
The two-storey maisonette features an open-plan space with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two modernly designed bathrooms.  
On the upper level, the guest will find a lounge area, with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a WC There is also a stone veranda on the same level, which overlooks the entire village.  
Inside the property the guest will find three cozy bedrooms ; the first bedroom offers a cozy double bed, and gives access to the spacious veranda of the property. The second and third bedrooms feature a single bed each! On the same level, there is also a bathroom and a storage room.  
In the spacious courtyard of the accommodation, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. On the modern outdoor patio, you will gaze at the sun while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corners.   
The property provides you all the essentials needed for your vacation! The place is secluded, but with a strong feeling of safety.

The property is located in Valira, a village with a sense of seclusion, which makes the area one of the most magical places in Greece.  
The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Peloponnese, an ideal destination for those wishing for a relaxing and refreshing holiday. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and the archaeological sights.  
The location combines the beauty and peace of the mountain scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Bouka Beach (18 km), Kalamata beach (23 km), Petalidi beach (29 km), Chelonaria beach (37 km).  
Nearby, you will find shops for your daily shopping, bakeries, traditional taverns, where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafés with a special character.  
Very close to the village there are plenty of places with lively nightlife, traditional taverns and fancy beach bars. Don’t miss the awesome opportunity to explore the famous region of Mani that is full of magnificent places to discover.   
The visitor can arrive from Kalamata (20 km), by bus. You can also reach the house by airport, which is only 15 km away.   
The accommodation is strategically located, so you can explore all the beaches and the surroundings of the area! Only a breath away to the beach, the house, combines the traditional landscape with the modern needs. The nearby area is ideal for long walks, while exploring the famous sights of Peloponnese which are full of wonderful and sunny places to discover.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Terrasse im vorderen Bereich ist optimal! Im unteren Stock der Wohnung befinden sich drei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, mit guten Matratzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat bestens funktioniert!
