A break-away for six, come unwind and rejuvenate in our spacious retreat. Find refreshment in the lush pool following a morning of bike riding on the Virgin River bike path, a desert UTV adventure, or a round of world class golf. An airy kitchen awaits your home-cooked explorations or contemporary selection of local eats. Sip on your drink of choice with a balcony view, and just after sunset, be soothed to peaceful sleep on crisp cotton sheets. Our haven awaits you; your home away from home. * For stays of 3 weeks or more, extra cleaning fees apply. Please inquire before reserving for this length of stay.

* No Smoking - $300 fine if evidence is found (smoke/ashes/butts)

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-6:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*Our townhouse has a comfortable feel and is extremely clean. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo will not disappoint. The primary bedroom with attached bath and walk-in closet provides a king sized bed. The guest bedroom offers EITHER a king or two twins. Just let us know your preference. The second bath is very close to the guest room but still accessible from the main living area. Being Airbnb travelers ourselves, we know the importance of providing an extremely well-kept and clean space for our guests. All bedding and pillows are covered with protective casings that help you know our mattresses and pillows are free of unwanted elements. Our housecleaning staff takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and without worry. New, comfortable beds, extra pillows, and blankets give guests the possibility of a great night's sleep.

*Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, baking sheets and pans, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more. Condiments include catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices, coffee, tea, and more. This limits shopping and keeps cooking costs down so that you can spend more in Mesquite having fun!

*The deep, but narrow (be careful when entering) garage allows you to park inside, escaping the heat and occasional rain/wind storm. In the garage, you will find his and her hybrid bicycles for you to enjoy. A small compressor is provided for you to make sure your tires are ready for a comfortable ride. We have a beautiful community pool, hot tub, and rec area for your use. Pool toys, a small cooler, and 2 camp chairs are provided for daily outings.

*Access to the garage and front door is gained by a personalized code for every guest. A garage door opener will be provided for you. We are confident that you will love this condo.

*The entire condo, garage, and common areas of the community will be yours to enjoy.

*We live in town and manage the condo ourselves. If you need us or have questions, we are just minutes away.

*The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. You can't be bored in Mesquite! This is a very friendly neighborhood, 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.

*Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.

*Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

* If the pool key/rec room key/garage opener is lost, there will be a $200 charge against the security deposit as this is what the HOA charges us for a replacement key.

* This rental has a flight of stairs and is NOT wheelchair accessible.

* We ask that the HOA guidelines be adhered to in order to be respectful of our neighbors.

* Additional cleaning fee for stays over 2 weeks. Inquire with hosts about stays longer than 2 weeks for answers to your questions.

Pool Area: You will need the key fob to enter. You will find the pool at the center of the condo community.

The TVs are controlled by remotes. Please leave remotes visible to housekeeping at checkout.

Pool/hot tub - The pool is located just behind the building to your left. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit. Please place back in the drawer at checkout. Thank you!

Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. The pool is heated except for the coldest months of the year. The hot tub and rec area are open year round.

Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.

CHECKOUT: 1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
10:00 AM 2. Please start one load of towels on HOT.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 80 in
summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and place TV and
garage remotes where you found them.
5. Please lock doors and windows.
6. Please send a quick note when you check out. It is
very helpful for our housekeeping staff.

J and Amy were fantastic! Great place to stay as it was clean and had great amenities. We used the bikes and loved riding around. They were comfortable too. We chose the location because we were going all around from Vegas to St. George, Utah and it was a nice in between. Their place was even better than we had expected and would stay there again!

Absolutely hands down best hosts I’ve ever had! They had everything you could think of- except a rice cooker which Amy HERSELF delivered a brand new one for us! They pay great attention to detail when it comes to feeling comfortable and at home- if I’m ever in Mesquite again, I will absolutely be staying here!!

We came to Mesquite for a baseball camp for our 10-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy. We chose this property based on the previous reviews. It did not disappoint! The pictures online don’t even do it justice. The house is so tastefully decorated, has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable and sheets are super soft. Everything was very clean. The pool was too cold to go swimming this time of year, but we enjoyed a nice hot tub and they even have beach towels available. Our boys even played chess and taught me how to play. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect rental unit! It’s located within walking distance to a city park (with playground equipment for children) & huge, separately fenced parks for sm-med-lg dogs! (There’s also an excellent canine club & resort within 10 minutes drive, that we used for boarding!) The unit itself was decorated beautifully, & everything you could possibly need (ie, kitchen items, bath necessities & washer/dryer) was available! The garage is narrow, but you can carefully store a vehicle there. Instructions were thorough & communication was prompt. This host is amazing, & thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable!

Great location--close to softball fields for the tournament we were in (but also very convenient to everything else in Mesquite.). Very comfortable and clean town home, well stocked. Beds are very comfy and there is plenty of extra bedding/blankets. Our 2nd time staying in this complex. Quiet and has a good heated pool and hot tub and fitness center right behind the unit. Owners are extremely responsive and great hosts! Would highly recommend!

We will never stay anywhere else when in Mesquite! The Sparkling Springs Retreat is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Jesse and Amy responded in a very timely manner when we needed to contact them and truly went above and beyond. It’s worth noting that the beds were the most comfortable ones we’ve encountered. A+

Rental unit more than lived up to advertised promotion. Very clean through out. Kitchen and bathrooms equiped and stocked with anything you might need. Beds were excellent with wonderful mattresses and bedding. Convenient location. Plan on using this Vrbo again.
