The condo is in an attractive location in Mesquite away from freeway noise and close to dog park and walking paths. Nice to have the garage for storing golf clubs, bikes, etc. The communal grilling area (charcoal briquette) is not a great cooking option for shorter term stays. Perhaps the condo association could explore installing a couple of natural gas barbecue grills. ##### Larry S. Kitchen is well stocked, property is clean and parking is great since you get your own driveway! Condo is pet friendly and there is a dog park very close which is really convenient.
