Come and spend your holidays with family or friends in a charming semi-detached house of approximately 60 m² located in a secure residence, just 600 m from the fine sandy beach of Merville-Franceville. Shops are 700 m away, offering ideal proximity to make the most of your stay.  
  
The house has a terrace with garden furniture for 6 people and a barbecue, perfect for convivial evenings outdoors. Inside, you will find a living room with a comfortable lounge area including a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a television for relaxing between trips to the beach.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare delicious meals, with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, and various cooking utensils.  
  
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a balcony overlooking a neighboring garden with trees, ideal for gentle mornings. The second bedroom offers 4 beds for children or friends. You will also have a fully equipped bathroom.  
  
The accommodation offers free fiber optic internet access.
