Situated in our condo building, it features a kitchenette and dining for two, complemented by a west-facing glass balcony. Enjoy stunning sunset views and the occasional dolphin or manatee from this charming space.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Merritt Islands newest resort community, Cape Crossing Resort and Marina! Cape Crossing Resort is located on Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport. Please message for availability, 85 condo & townhomes available.  
  
Experience the epitome of luxury in our waterfront suite. A spacious suite with a plush king size bed and a fully stocked mini kitchen, your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. But what truly sets us apart is the breathtaking waterfront views that will leave you in awe. Imagine gazing out at the serene waters as you sip your morning coffee or witnessing the spectacular rocket launches right from the comfort of your own private balcony.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!  
  
Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.
