With 5 bedroom's & 4 bathrooms' Delatite Lodge is suitable for multiple family groups. The clever design allows the perfectly positioned windows to frame the magnificent views from every part of the property.  
  
Free WiFi as well as a signal booster for Telstra 4G service. In addition, there is a Foxtel service, so you'll have entertainment options galore & won't miss your favourite team in action.  
  
The rumpus room will be a hit for all ages with a pool table, TV, Retro Gaming console & Bar Area.  
Cook up a storm in the modern & well-equipped kitchen or fire up the barbie & enjoy the great outdoors with the sounds of the river only footsteps away. With ample outdoor space for the kids to run around, they will enjoy the onsite trampoline and swing set.  
  
In Winter, take the easy 10min drive to the Mt Buller entrance & spend a day at the snow. Upon your return, dry your gear in the Drying Room & kick back in comfort with a glass of local wine in front of the crackling warmth of the wood fire. Put a movie on for the kiddies on one of multiple TVs whilst the adults head to the sauna to relax those aching bones from a day on the slopes!  
  
In the warmer months, you dont have to go far to cool down. Why not set up a picnic on the manicured lawns & take a dip in the waters of the Delatite River. The surrounding national park has endless hiking trails, & Mt Buller has an impressive world class mountain biking park to satisfy those seeking an adrenaline rush. Lake Eildon is 25 mins away, where you can enjoy water sports such as skiing, swimming & fishing.  
  
Mansfield is a 15-minute drive & is becoming renowned for its great cafes, boutique and arty shopping, hotels and galleries, markets & festivals. Or simply stay & enjoy the luxurious property as the river bubbles past.
