Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available except in summer months. Enjoyed the game room and the bunk room once the beds had been made up. The one draw back was that it did not have air conditioning got warm in there. Furnace in the game room stopped working after the first night. There’s a gas fireplace that worked. And the sauna didn’t work. Mark tried to get them running to no avail. The furnace and sauna was new so probably had to work out the kinks.Still we would stay there again! The setup is so nice.Mark is really nice and accommodating! ##### Tom G.
