Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available except in summer months. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!

A Wonderful Week

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The cabin was everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the cabin made it easy to have time together playing games and enjoying the week. The sand bottom on the lake made for a great place for the kids to swim and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lakeside Sand Beach House. The owners had everything well stocked from the house to the yard to the lake. Great location being close to Nisswa and Brainerd. Beautiful view of the lake from the fire pit to watch the sunset, see the stars and listen to the loons.

This was a great place for a few families with kids to get away for a weekend! We loved playing games out in the big yard, enjoying hours and hours of a campfire with all their generous wood and curling up on their ample furniture to watch some movies!

My wife and I along with our three children, their spouses and four grandchildren had plenty of space and comfort. The amenities were terrific. We loved the lake which was clean, not busy and provided great fishing. Also, rented the pontoon boat which was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I barely ever leave reviews on sites but this location deserves it. Stocked on many items that other places don’t normally have, communication is usually within an hour, and they let us check in early and check out late free of charge. I would totally stay here again. Super clean, all king beds, and lots of things to do out side!! Our kids loved it!

Annual anniversary trip.

The property was very spacious, with lots of very comfortable beds. Perfect for a group or larger family getaway. Huge yard, great dock and lake access although it was cool while we were there so we didn’t partake in any lake activities. The owners have absolutely maximized the home and we could tell they have put in a lot of effort. Maybe not quite as clean as we would have liked, but it was a late season trip for us so I’m sure the house has been busy all summer. And definitely not a mess in the least. Overall a fantastic location and a comfortable home.

A great place for gathering of friends for a long fishing weekend. Communication was great and very accommodating host. The lay out is perfect for a diverse group - The game room is perfect for relaxing in after a day on the water/ice and allows those that want to stay up later a place without interfering with those that want to go to bed. We filled every bed in the place and everyone thought they were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation and serving. The entire house was spotless and the lounge areas very comfortable. Will definitely be checking for this place again when visiting the area with a larger group.

A wonderful place to celebrate Family

We found this amazing place to have a family get together. We were there in October so we really enjoyed how large the yard was between the lake and the house. The kids explored the woods, ran and roasted marshmallows with sticks from the forest (like we did when we were kids). Turns out, we didn't need to do that as the hosts had provided metal ones for us. This was the case with everything we could have needed that weekend. The indoor space handled us so well. The beds were clean, crisp and comfortable. No one wanted to leave. Love love loved it. PS, my Dad thinks the main floor couch is the best ever. Thank you!
