Great for water sports, fishing , home has its own dock. Great Lake location to enjoy the Brainerd Lakes area. Lots of room to spread out, have fun and enjoy the great outdoors. This property has it all. This property can be used for family reunions or gatherings with owner approval, and additional cost. If bringing dogs - there will be a pet fee of $200, all dogs must be approved. Additional fee of $200 if dog poop is left in yard.
If additional guests above the 12 are staying, you must get approval. Additional fee for cleaning and guests will be charged.
Moving of large furniture, beds, and dressers is NOT allowed. Chairs ok, please return to original location. Fee will be charged if not put back
