On point boasts a huge private backyard with a BBQ where you can take in the views, throw a footy around or just read a good book with a glass of wine. In what can sometimes be a hectic time of year, there is no better place to unwind and enjoy the serenity.


Comprising 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6). Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 x single beds.


On point is located in a quiet, bushy, one way street. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining space, front deck and back yard with impressive views. There are 2 x bathrooms, lounge room with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.


Just a stones through from Bar Beach and Short Point with panoramic views, will make The Point, the beach and Merimbula, a summer holiday to remember.


There is ample off street parking for a number of cars. Please note that parking is not suitable for boats
