« Il faut savoir qu'il s'agit d'un self check-in, c'est à dire qu'il faut avoir reçu par mil ou par WhatsApp les code d'entrée et de wifi. Hotel.com vous envoie l'ensemble dans un mail séparé. Cela marche très bien mais si vous avez le moindre problème, il faut appeler par téléphone. En tant que Français, je n'ai pas une carte sims qui permet d'appeler, juste pour les données numérique. The breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a Belgian Waffle. Instead of the Belgian Waffle I got a 'Thick and Fluffy' Eggo Waffle. Ordered turkey sausages. Instead got day old cold pork sausages. »

"Pas de personne physique au comptoir nous sommes reçu par une personne situé en Inde derrière un écran de télévision afin de réduire les coûts de personnels. Hotel pour travailleurs le soir ça écoute de la musique fort en fumant devant la porte des chambres. J'ai du demander de baisser le volume pour dormir. Le check-out est également fait par une personne derrière un écran d'ordinateur.... "
