Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a practical and cozy furnishing that measures 100 square meters and is located on the upper ground floor. The living/dining room features a TV and has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one double bedroom and another room with three beds, both with exits to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a shower, a bidet, and a WC (toilet), as well as a separate WC. Gas heating is available as an extra, but it can only be used from October 1st to April 30th. Two covered terraces are available, and terrace furniture is provided. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Reserved parking for two cars is also included.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment features a private entrance. It is suitable for a vacation stay, accommodating a maximum capacity of five guests with its two bedrooms and one bathroom. Pets are allowed in this rental property.
