We had a bit of trouble getting there due to Google maps sending us on a roundabout route (very narrow dirt road) when we should have gone straight from the main paved road to the front entrance. "I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. "

"This hotel is in a great location if you are going to or coming from the international airport. The staff speak English but there understanding is limited. We booked a two nice stay and told them we needed a 4 am shuttle on morning #2 (Tuesday). We were very tired and went to bed only to be awoken at 4am wondering why weren't were leaving. THIS WAS AFTER 1 NIGHT! WHY WOULD WE BOOK TWO NIGHTS AND LEAVE AFTER 1???????? Otherwise the place is very nice and the food is great. The gym is not much, the electric equipment (treadmill, elipical,etc) all had the power cords cut off. "
