"Property is right across the road from the beach for easy access. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well appointed. The only slight disappointment was that we booked a sea view that was partially obstructed. That should have been noted in the booking"

What stood out the most was the exceptional service—staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests and always greeted me with a smile. I would like to recommend Eva the hotel manager, so prompt with her Reliance follow ups. People within the hotel staff especially Alexis, Chris, Joy were supply phenomenal. The on-site amenities, like the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort and quality service."
