We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit. 5\. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform\`s cancellation policy. 6\. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. 7\. No parties or events allowed. 8\. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. 9\. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 10\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 11\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. Best place we have stayed in Mentone. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed with. Travelers over the next couple of months should be aware of construction at the new cabin being built on site. That does impact the privacy but they were polite and not overly loud. They worked with us as much as they could on their hours and the noise. The views are great, privacy (other than as noted) is unbeatable and whole home is as described. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is pretty well equipped (important in Mentone as there are only 2 or 3 restaurants. All in all, this place is just the best. ##### Pete F.
